Chunky Blue and Pink Striped Shawl

I hand-crocheted this shawl using chunky/bulky-weight yarn that lets the colours and texture shine through. The top of the shawl is plain light, while the bottom section is light pink and sparkly. The shawl is triangular. The design features small squares set at an angle. There is space around the squares, giving it a little airiness. The yarn is acrylic with a sparkly thread throughout the pink yarn.

It measures 157cm/62in across the longest edge at the top and 100cm/40in along each of the other two sides. From the top edge down to the bottom of the V is 71cm/28in.
